DESCRIPTION:ECSTATIC DANCE WITH CACAO CEREMONY – RESSURECTION – REBIRTH \nDE LENTE\nDe overgang naar de lente is een heilige drempel. De aarde ademt weer uit\, het licht keert terug\, en alles wat in de winter stil en verborgen lag\, begint zachtjes te bewegen. Dit is het moment waarop de natuur haar sluimer afschudt en wij worden uitgenodigd hetzelfde te doen. \nDe lente is het seizoen van ‘wedergeboorte’. Niet alleen buiten ons\, maar ook in onszelf. Wat in de winter heeft gerijpt in stilte\, zoekt nu zijn weg naar boven: een nieuw inzicht\, een verlangen\, een richting die zich voorzichtig aandient. \nTijdens onze Ecstatic Dance stappen we bewust deze overgang binnen. De dans wordt een ritueel waarin je je eigen innerlijke lente kunt voelen ontwaken. Je beweegt door wat je achter je wilt laten\, en je maakt ruimte voor wat geboren wil worden. \nCACAO CEREMONIE\nVooraf drinken we ceremoniële cacao\, een plantmedicijn dat al eeuwenlang wordt gebruikt om het hart te openen en de innerlijke wereld te verzachten. Cacao duwt niet\, het nodigt uit. Náš trénink bojového umenia a či-kungu má kontinuitu\, ale pridať sa môžete kedykoľvek. Seminár je určený ako začiatočníkom tak i pokročilým\, mužom i ženám\, miernym i akčným povahám. Nemusíte sa obávať\, že by cvičenie bolo násilné. Práve naopak\, červenovlasá ohnivá Eva je ženská a okrem wushu sa venuje aj tancu a divadlu. Trénujeme základy a tiež sa chytíme zbrane (palica). Eva mi minule predviedla aj svoje dvojité nože. Neviem sa dočkať\, až nás bude učiť Trigramy\, špeciálnu techniku jej školy Letiaceho Orla… Nenechajte si Evu ujsť! \nPopis semináře od Evy: \nCesta těla i mysli\nSrdečně vás zveme o víkendu 17.-19.4.2026 do centra Tomáše Dhammadípy\, Shanta Vana (Malá Skála\, Česko) na seminář Wushu/Kung-fu a Qigongu s Evou Bergerovou. Program bude doplněn ranní meditací s Tomášem Dhammadípou.\nVějíř technik rozevřeme široce\, tak abychom pracovali s vnějšími a i vnitřní styly. DESCRIPTION:Myth of life – Griekenland \nWhere myth and nature meet in dance \nEnglish text scroll down \nWeek of Ancient Wonder in Griekenland met:\nDance – Qigong – Mythology – Theatre – Ritual \nWe nodigen je graag uit voor onze avonturenweek! Het onderwerp van deze week is verbinding maken met pure natuur door middel van mythologie\, creativiteit en dans.\nOnze dans\, Qigong\, rituelen en creativiteit vinden plaats in de natuur nabij de hele zuivere rivier Acheron\, in de bergen van Epirus en op het strand van de Ionische Zee. \nWe zullen onze life DJ skills en Silent Disco set of speakers gebruiken voor onze dansmomenten. Na het dansen kun je je heerlijk verfrissen in de stromen van god Acheron en uitrusten op zijn witte botten (de rotsen). \nOnze energie zal gericht zijn op verbinding met de natuur en het ontwaken van de mythologische stem in onze ziel. Waarom mythologisch? Waarom Griekenland? Onze Europese cultuur is daar geworteld. Ook al zijn we ons er niet van bewust\, het zit in onze genen en in onze verhalen maakt het deel uit van ons. We leven nog steeds de archetypen van oude verhalen. Het ontwaken van de mythologie en archetypen in ons geeft een duidelijker doel en aardt ons in onze ziel. Via de archetypen verbinden we ons met een veel groter energieveld dan ons persoonlijke veld.\nWe zullen de verhalen van sommige mythen heropenen\, zoals de Demeter/Gaia/Moeder aarde/Acheron/King Hades/Persephone/Helios\, en dat alles zal tot ons komen als inspiratie. We zullen onze eigen versies van mythen creëren – Creative Mythology. \n*Acheron was een zoon van Gaia en Helios en een God. Hij hielp de Titanen in de strijd tegen de goden en Zeus transformeerde hem in de rivier als wraak. In de Mythen ontmoet de rivier de Acheron de rivier de Styx\, waar de zielen van de overledenen oversteken naar het Hades-koninkrijk. Acheron is een echte rivier\, Styx een mythische rivier en zo ontmoet de mythologie de natuur op een prachtige manier. Het water van Acheron is zeer zuiver. Als je de rivier ingaat word je omringd door witte rotsen\, je voelt je in de omhelzing van een jonge god. \nPROGRAMMA \n\nElke morgen Qigong en energie werk op het terras of ergens anders om energie op te wekken.\nSamen ontbijten aan de rivier. Bereid ook de lunch voor om mee te nemen. Indien nodig is er een winkel in het dorp.\nOpen ruimte houden voor vrije tijd (strand o.i.d.)\nDansen op de Dallas-brug (2x). Dit is een wandeling van 40 minuten door de bergen (gemakkelijk terrein)\, met prachtige uitzichten\, en onderweg doen we rituelen en meer.\nWandelen naar de Acheron Springs. Loop eerst naar Dallas Bridge en dan moet je door het water lopen. Onderweg kun je dansen. Conditie op hoog niveau. This week’s topic is connecting with pure nature through mythology\, creativity\, and dance. \nOur dance\, qigong\, rituals\, and creativity take place in nature near the very pure river Acheron\, in the mountains of Epirus\, and on the beach of the Ionian Sea.\nWe will use our life DJ skills and Silent Disco set or speakers for our dance moments. Het onderwerp van deze week is verbinding maken met pure natuur door middel van mythologie\, creativiteit en dans.\nOnze dans\, Qigong\, rituelen en creativiteit vinden plaats in de natuur nabij de hele zuivere rivier Acheron\, in de bergen van Epirus en op het strand van de Ionische Zee. \nWe zullen onze life DJ skills en Silent Disco set of speakers gebruiken voor onze dansmomenten. Na het dansen kun je je heerlijk verfrissen in de stromen van god Acheron en uitrusten op zijn witte botten (de rotsen). \nOnze energie zal gericht zijn op verbinding met de natuur en het ontwaken van de mythologische stem in onze ziel. Waarom mythologisch? Waarom Griekenland? Onze Europese cultuur is daar geworteld. Ook al zijn we ons er niet van bewust\, het zit in onze genen en in onze verhalen maakt het deel uit van ons. We leven nog steeds de archetypen van oude verhalen. Het ontwaken van de mythologie en archetypen in ons geeft een duidelijker doel en aardt ons in onze ziel. Via de archetypen verbinden we ons met een veel groter energieveld dan ons persoonlijke veld.\nWe zullen de verhalen van sommige mythen heropenen\, zoals de Demeter/Gaia/Moeder aarde/Acheron/King Hades/Persephone/Helios\, en dat alles zal tot ons komen als inspiratie. We zullen onze eigen versies van mythen creëren – Creative Mythology. \n*Acheron was een zoon van Gaia en Helios en een God. Hij hielp de Titanen in de strijd tegen de goden en Zeus transformeerde hem in de rivier als wraak. In de Mythen ontmoet de rivier de Acheron de rivier de Styx\, waar de zielen van de overledenen oversteken naar het Hades-koninkrijk. Acheron is een echte rivier\, Styx een mythische rivier en zo ontmoet de mythologie de natuur op een prachtige manier. Het water van Acheron is zeer zuiver. Als je de rivier ingaat word je omringd door witte rotsen\, je voelt je in de omhelzing van een jonge god. \nPROGRAMMA \n\nElke morgen Qigong en energie werk op het terras of ergens anders om energie op te wekken.\nSamen ontbijten aan de rivier. Het onderwerp van deze week is verbinding maken met pure natuur door middel van mythologie\, creativiteit en dans.\nOnze dans\, Qigong\, rituelen en creativiteit vinden plaats in de natuur nabij de hele zuivere rivier Acheron\, in de bergen van Epirus en op het strand van de Ionische Zee. \nWe zullen onze life DJ skills en Silent Disco set of speakers gebruiken voor onze dansmomenten. Na het dansen kun je je heerlijk verfrissen in de stromen van god Acheron en uitrusten op zijn witte botten (de rotsen). \nOnze energie zal gericht zijn op verbinding met de natuur en het ontwaken van de mythologische stem in onze ziel. Waarom mythologisch? Waarom Griekenland? Onze Europese cultuur is daar geworteld. Ook al zijn we ons er niet van bewust\, het zit in onze genen en in onze verhalen maakt het deel uit van ons. We leven nog steeds de archetypen van oude verhalen. Het ontwaken van de mythologie en archetypen in ons geeft een duidelijker doel en aardt ons in onze ziel. Via de archetypen verbinden we ons met een veel groter energieveld dan ons persoonlijke veld.\nWe zullen de verhalen van sommige mythen heropenen\, zoals de Demeter/Gaia/Moeder aarde/Acheron/King Hades/Persephone/Helios\, en dat alles zal tot ons komen als inspiratie. We zullen onze eigen versies van mythen creëren – Creative Mythology. \n*Acheron was een zoon van Gaia en Helios en een God. Hij hielp de Titanen in de strijd tegen de goden en Zeus transformeerde hem in de rivier als wraak. In de Mythen ontmoet de rivier de Acheron de rivier de Styx\, waar de zielen van de overledenen oversteken naar het Hades-koninkrijk. Acheron is een echte rivier\, Styx een mythische rivier en zo ontmoet de mythologie de natuur op een prachtige manier. Het water van Acheron is zeer zuiver. Als je de rivier ingaat word je omringd door witte rotsen\, je voelt je in de omhelzing van een jonge god. \nPROGRAMMA \n\nElke morgen Qigong en energie werk op het terras of ergens anders om energie op te wekken.\nSamen ontbijten aan de rivier. Bereid ook de lunch voor om mee te nemen. Indien nodig is er een winkel in het dorp.\nOpen ruimte houden voor vrije tijd (strand o.i.d.)\nDansen op de Dallas-brug (2x). Dit is een wandeling van 40 minuten door de bergen (gemakkelijk terrein)\, met prachtige uitzichten\, en onderweg doen we rituelen en meer.\nWandelen naar de Acheron Springs. Loop eerst naar Dallas Bridge en dan moet je door het water lopen. Onderweg kun je dansen. Conditie op hoog niveau. (Optioneel).\nEen dag naar het strand aan de Ionische Zee en dans en zwem daar + Aphrodite-grot\n(Solo/ koppel/ groep) optredens in de archeologische vindplaats Cassope + plan B. This week’s topic is connecting with pure nature through mythology\, creativity\, and dance. \nOur dance\, qigong\, rituals\, and creativity take place in nature near the very pure river Acheron\, in the mountains of Epirus\, and on the beach of the Ionian Sea.\nWe will use our life DJ skills and Silent Disco set or speakers for our dance moments. After dancing you can always refresh yourself in the streams of god Acheron and rest on his white bones (the rocks). \nOur energy will be focused on connection to nature and awakening the mythological voice in our souls. Why mythological? Why Greece? Our European culture is rooted there. Even if we are not aware of it\, it is in our genes\, and in our stories\, it is a part of us. We still live the archetypes of ancient stories. The awakening of the mythology and archetypes within us gives a clearer purpose and ground us in our souls. Through the archetypes\, we connect to a much larger energy field than our personal one. \nWe will call the stories of some myths\, such as the Demeter/Gaia/Mother Earth/Acheron/King Hades/Persephone/Helios\, and all that will come to us as inspiration. We will create our own versions of myths – Creative Mythology \n*Acheron was a son of Gaia and Helios and a God. He aided the Titans in the battle against the gods and Zeus transformed him into the river as revenge. In the Myths\, the River Acheron meets the River Styx where the souls of the deceased cross over to the Hades kingdom. Acheron is a real river\, Styx a mythical river and so mythology meets nature in a beautiful way. The water of Acheron is very pure. As you enter the river you are surrounded by white rocks\, you feel that you are in the embrace of a young god. \nPROGRAM \n\nEvery morning Qigong and energy work on the terrace or in another place\, to generate energy.\nBreakfast together at the river. Also\, prepare lunch to take with you. If needed there is a shop in the village.\nKeeping open space for free time. (beach or so)\nDancing at the Dallas bridge (2x). This is a 40-minute hike through the mountains (easy terrain)\, with beautiful views\, and we do rituals and such along the way.\nHiking to the Acheron Springs. First\, walk to Dallas Bridge\, and then you have to walk through the water. You can dance along the way. High-level condition.
