Om maar iets te noemen dat Jeanne d’Arc in 1431 haar ultieme Vrijheid kreeg op de brandstapel\, maar het is dan ook bijna Volle Maan en natuurlijk dat we steeds dichter bij de Langste dag van het jaar komen\, het moment waarop de Liefde haar hoogste punt bereikt. Dit geven we allemaal een plekje op deze ochtend op het strand \nJij bent natuurlijk weer uitgenodigd om mee te komen dansen. Kom deze warme\, zonnige zaterdagochtend meevieren in een ontwakende ceremonie van beweging\, verbinding en hart-opening op het zonnige strand. Voor iedereen die verlangt naar de zeebries\, de warmte van de zon op de huid\, en de vrijheid van ongeremde dans. \nWat je te wachten staat\nDit is meer dan een dans. We openen met een verkorte versie (25 min) van de Heart Chakra Bewegingsmeditatie – een prachtige beweging die stilte in het hartcentrum combineert met dynamische beweging in alle vier richtingen\, wat een volledige energetische circulatie van liefde door je wezen en naar de wereld creëert. Dit is een 30-minuten meditatie waarin we de stroom van liefde door onze lichamen cultiveren: we breiden ons hart uit naar buiten in alle vier richtingen en ontvangen de energie van de wereld terug in. Nemusíte sa obávať\, že by cvičenie bolo násilné. Práve naopak\, červenovlasá ohnivá Eva je ženská a okrem wushu sa venuje aj tancu a divadlu. Trénujeme základy a tiež sa chytíme zbrane (palica). Eva mi minule predviedla aj svoje dvojité nože. DESCRIPTION:ECSTATIC DANCE WITH CACAO CEREMONY – RESSURECTION – REBIRTH \nDE LENTE\nDe overgang naar de lente is een heilige drempel. De aarde ademt weer uit\, het licht keert terug\, en alles wat in de winter stil en verborgen lag\, begint zachtjes te bewegen. Dit is het moment waarop de natuur haar sluimer afschudt en wij worden uitgenodigd hetzelfde te doen. \nDe lente is het seizoen van ‘wedergeboorte’. Niet alleen buiten ons\, maar ook in onszelf. Wat in de winter heeft gerijpt in stilte\, zoekt nu zijn weg naar boven: een nieuw inzicht\, een verlangen\, een richting die zich voorzichtig aandient. \nTijdens onze Ecstatic Dance stappen we bewust deze overgang binnen. De dans wordt een ritueel waarin je je eigen innerlijke lente kunt voelen ontwaken. Je beweegt door wat je achter je wilt laten\, en je maakt ruimte voor wat geboren wil worden. \nCACAO CEREMONIE\nVooraf drinken we ceremoniële cacao\, een plantmedicijn dat al eeuwenlang wordt gebruikt om het hart te openen en de innerlijke wereld te verzachten. Cacao duwt niet\, het nodigt uit. Samen nemen we de tijd om stil te staan bij wat is geweest en ons bewust te worden van alles wat ons gevormd heeft. Dit kan gaan om mooie herinneringen\, maar ook om lastige momenten die misschien te lang zijn blijven hangen. \nTijdens deze avond dansen we als een groep dansers het verleden los. De Sacred Cacao Ceremonie helpt ons verbinding te maken met ons innerlijke zelf\, ons te openen en ons trillingsgetal te verhogen. Dit eeuwenoude ritueel brengt heling en verlichting en helpt ons klaar te zijn voor een frisse start in het nieuwe jaar. \nWe zullen verbinding maken met onze voorouders en de krachten die ons voorgingen\, de spirits die ons dagelijks begeleiden op ons pad wat we lopen en we zullen luisteren naar de boodschappen die we doorkrijgen van alle wijsheden uit het verleden en de toekomst. Het zijn momenten die op vele lagen iets met ons doen en waar we vaak onbewust aan voorbij gaan of niet eens bewust van zijn.
