DESCRIPTION:Mania is divine inspiration for creation\, which makes you nuts.\nMania is a state of consciousness. \nThe divine gift of mania is inspiration—inspiration for creation in any circumstances.\nWith that slogan\, we would like to share our story of our MANIA. \nDivine inspiration pushes you to create and dance even if you have a high fever\, even if your hernia is not enabling you to walk\, and even if your cells in the bones are dying. Inspiration to dance and sweat even in winter rain in the forest\, even if we don’t get any funding and illness is canceling half of our rehearsals. \nAnd we still invite you to the performance because of MANIA. The mania for creation and inspiration! When we create\, we fly on a magic carpet; our hearts are glowing\, and we long to share that with you! \nThe Myth Behind MANIA\nOur story begins with Gaia\, the primordial goddess of the Earth. \nIn our interpretation she becomes the Snake Goddess\, a symbol of life\, transformation\, and ancient wisdom. \nFrom her two Gods and powerful forces are born: Dionysus and Apollo.\nThey are both so beautiful and so different—and dangerous. Dionysus is the god of senses and ecstasy; Apollo is the god of reason and beauty. They are brothers.\nIf they send you MANIA\, you can reach all the qualities from them\, like the most famous musician—Orpheus: his head is resting in Dionysus’s temple and his lyre in Apollo’s temple. \nDionysus and Apollo in us are fighting. We dance it! \nHow will the evening look like?\nWe dance scenes\, and in between we tell you the intriguing and lesser known stories from the myths. You can influence how the story will continue. White symbolizes innocence\, something so needed in our world. Innocence is both vulnerable and strong. \nHave you ever watched swans fly? Just today\, I was standing in the forest when two swans passed by. Their strength\, power\, and magnificence were remarkable. There was such a deep grounding and connection to the Earth\, even in flight! \nWhite Swan. Innocence and strength. This is all we know about the upcoming performance. The rest\, we will create together. \nWe offer you techniques from conscious dance and theatre based on the Ritual Theater concept “Step out of the Story”\, so that you have tools for our creation and improvisation of the performance. We will teach you how to create a situation from standing in the present moment and how to develop it. Voice expression and some techniques from Martial arts will be also used as techniques to open up the body and be in the present moment. \nWe create a sacred circle\, a safe space to explore our inner space and present it outward. We will challenge you. DESCRIPTION:WHITE SWAN – CREATING DANCE PERFORMANCE \nWe look for Conscious Dancers who like to create a performance. \nAcross five Tuesday evenings; 3\,10\,17\, 24 November & 1 December from 19:30 – 22:00 and one full Saturday 14th November\, we work together towards a performance.\nOur performance\, White Swan will be presented twice: Tuesday 8th December as an intimate event for family and friends\,\nand Saturday 12 December as part of larger event. \nFrom nothing\, we step into a creative process. So we are seeking brave\, curious\, and courageous dancers who wants to discover and reveal their talent under the guidance of Eva Bergerová. \nIf you recognize yourself in this description\, then maybe this is a project for you: \n\nYou love to dance\, move and express it to the world\nYou want to explore your creativity\, your body and your inner world\nExplore the ritual roots of the theater\nGo for the adventure\nLooking for deep connections with other human beings\n\n“White Swan” is the title of the performance. White symbolizes innocence\, something so needed in our world. Innocence is both vulnerable and strong. \nHave you ever watched swans fly? Just today\, I was standing in the forest when two swans passed by. Their strength\, power\, and magnificence were remarkable. There was such a deep grounding and connection to the Earth\, even in flight! \nWhite Swan. Innocence and strength. This is all we know about the upcoming performance. The rest\, we will create together. \nWe offer you techniques from conscious dance and theatre based on the Ritual Theater concept “Step out of the Story”\, so that you have tools for our creation and improvisation of the performance. We will teach you how to create a situation from standing in the present moment and how to develop it. Voice expression and some techniques from Martial arts will be also used as techniques to open up the body and be in the present moment. \nWe create a sacred circle\, a safe space to explore our inner space and present it outward. We will challenge you.
